The 18th – 22nd March will be a significant milestone for Bodmin as Cornwall Council has commissioned a public consultation weekend, called a ‘charrette’ to take place over that weekend.
You can see all about this event on the leaflet which you download below. This leaflet will be delivered to all households and gives full details of what will be happening where.
You can also download all the exhibition boards that will be used at the charrette from the JTP website at https://www.jtp.co.uk/projects/bodmin . JTP are the architects who will be running the charrette and you can also see on their website the work that they did in Liskeard to transform the old cattle market. Those plans started with a charrette and work on those plans has now started. It is important that as many members of the Bodmin community, residents and business people, get involved.
If you cant make it to the charrette you can let us know your ideas before the public workshops by visiting https://www.letstalk.cornwall.gov.uk/bodmin-town-centre . To allow time for these to be reviewed ahead of the workshops, the last day for you to submit your ideas is Thursday 10 March 2022.
