Bodmin Chamber of Commerce & Industry was formed in 2017 to create a business community that works to benefit the whole of Bodmin and the surrounding areas.

Membership of the Bodmin Chamber of Commerce & Industry is open to all businesses trading in and around Bodmin, all charities and analogous organisations operating in that area, and also to other businesses, charities and analogous organisations that trade or operate outside of Bodmin but whose directors, founders or other such persons are residents of Bodmin.

We are affiliated to the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce, providing access to broader representation and support in dealing with nationwide business issues.

Regular meeting and networking

There are opportunities to network throughout the year both at Chamber meetings and specific networking events.  All representatives and associate members may attend and vote (within limits) on issues at our regular meetings and propose future agenda items for discussion.

With links to all of the local planning and consultative bodies, we take an active part in discussing and resolving commercial issues in the town.

Associate Members

If an organisation wishes to have additional persons attend Chamber meetings and be able to engage directly with the Executive, they should be an Associate Member. Each additional Associate member is £10 per annum. Full members may send a proxy in their place when they are unable to attend and proxy does not need to be an associate. An organisation only has a single vote regardless of the number of associate members in attendance.

Discounts are available at the discretion of the Executive Officers. Decision will be based on business structure or hardships.
